5k Improvement Session 1
These sessions are designed to build your aerobic threshold and get your legs used to moving at a faster than usual pace for an extended period of time.
In this first session, you should run 0.5 miles or 800m at 07:04/mile, or 04:23/km pace. Take 90 seconds between sprints to recover then go again, for a total of 3 repetitions.
